World War II veterans James Silva of Peabody, MA, Wayne Stewart of Wenatchee, WA, and William Reynolds of El Paso, TX, barely know each other, but they share one thing in common. They were German prisoners during the war, and they owe their freedom to Andrew Gerow Hodges of Birmingham, AL. "Thank You Mr. Hodges" is a documentary that captures the January 2002 meeting at Samford University, at which the POWs meet their rescuer for the first time in 50 years.
